Materail:Placer gold ore containing clay
Input size: 200mm
Output size: 0-6mm, 6-12mm
Challenge: The mining area is in a plain and does not allow too much height difference; the raw ore has a large amount of mud; the process requirements are as simple as possible and the energy consumption is low.
Process Description
1.Washing
The loader feeds the materials into the hopper, and is equipped with a high-pressure water gun that simultaneously touches the hopper with water to disperse the materials. The material passes through the vibrating feeder, and the gangue larger than 75mm is screened out and sent to the waste pile; the ore smaller than 75mm enters the Rotary Scrubber for cleaning;
The Rotary Scrubber is not equipped with a screen, and the screening work is performed by a high-frequency vibrating screen. The aperture diameter of the first sieve is 6mm; the aperture diameter of the second sieve is 12mm.
2. Rough Selection
0-6mm ore enters 4 rows of sluice boxes to recover 0-6mm gold. Ore of 6-75mm enters 2 rows of sluice boxes to recover gold of 6-12mm, and gangue larger than 12mm is transported away by the conveyor belt.
3. Concentration
The concentrate from the gold trough enters the jig concentrator. Gold ore larger than 2mm above the sieve is washed by hand regularly, while concentrates smaller than 2mm below the sieve are further refined on a shaking table. The jig separator and shaking table are both installed indoors to protect the safety of the gold.
