Description
Fine sand recovery machine is also called tailing sand recovery machine, fine sand extraction machine, fine sand collector, sediment separator, mud separator, sand-water mixture treatment system, etc. It is developed for the dehydration, remediation, and desliming of slurry materials, which can recover a large amount of fine sand lost by the sand washing machine. Configuring this machine in the production line can improve economic benefits and reduce environmental pollution.
In the traditional wet process of man-made sand, de-soil and dehydrate by the spiral sand washer, the loss of man-made sand (especially fine sand) is almost uncontrollable. Fine sand recycling equipment effectively reduces the flow away of fine sand and puts it under 5-10% control. It resolves the problem of coarse fineness module of man-made sand with a low proportion of stone powder in the aggregate processing system. Our fine sand recycling machine uses the latest type of vacuum high-pressure pump, with dynamic pressure reduction and efficient sealing, so slurry is not easy to leak. The vibrating screen uses a polyurethane screen, which has a longer life than other types of screens on the market and does not block holes. The Fine Sand Recycling Machine also has the properties of delicate design, compact structure, high efficiency, easy operation, simple maintenance, and durability.

Principle
The pump sends the sand and water mixture to the hydrocyclone, and the fine sand with eccentricity is sent to the vibrating screen. The fine sand and water are effectively separated after dehydration, and little fine sand and mud return to the washing trough. When the liquid surface of the washing trough is high, the fine sand discharges from the output opening. The linear vibrating screen can recover material with a concentration of 70%-85%. Adjusting the fineness module may come true by changing the pump rotation rate, changing pulp concentration, adjusting the flooding water yield, or changing the grit mouth, and then fulfilling its three functions: cleaning, dehydration, and grading.
