Process Description

JXSC has provided complete set equipment for South Africa 100TPH Alluvial Diamond Processing Plant Project, including vibrating feeder, trommel scrubber, high frequency screen,belt conveyor,etc.

Client’s diamond mine situation :
1. Raw ore contains much sticky clay, need strongly washing
2. Diamond particle size range is 2-25mm
3. Processing capacity required is 100tph
4. Maximum feeding size of raw ore 150mm,require vibrating feeder with 40mm grizzly bar to remove above 40mm big waste stone.
5. The diamond minerals need be sieved out 2-10mm and 10-25mm after washing
6. Final product 2-10mm, 10-25mm and 25-40mm need go to a storage bin by belt conveyor

According to these raw ore information, JXSC designed the most efficient flowchart for this project.

Firstly, vibrating feeder comes with 40mm grizzly bar, in order to remove over 40mm big waste stone. Use loader or excavator feed raw ore into grizzly feeder, below 40mm go into trommel scrubber for strongly washing clay.

Secondly, trommel scrubber with two decks PU screen 2mm&25mm, after washing clay, it sieves out 0-2mm slurry going to settling pond, 2-25mm going to high frequency vibrating screen, 25-40mm going to storage bin by belt conveyor.
Thirdly, 2-25mm from trommel scrubber goes to high frequency vibrating screen for further washing and screening out 2-10mm and 10-25mm products. The HFV screen has two decks PU screen 2mm and 10mm. The two products 2-10mm and 10-25mm are sent to storage bin by belt conveyors.

The process flowchart is effective and easy operation. The final products from this washing plant will go to storage bins according to customer’s requirements, then go to customer’s
