Hydrocyclone
Capacity: 0.1-900 m3/h
Description
Hydrocyclones are widely used in mineral processing, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, and other industries. It is suitable for the classification and beneficiation of fine granular materials with small volumes and high moisture content.
Advantages
- It has a large processing capacity and is suitable for continuous grading operations with large flow rates.
- Under the same processing capacity, the floor space is smaller and the processing accuracy is high.
- The equipment has low cost, low energy consumption, and high-cost performance.
Principle
The hydrocyclone is composed of an inlet, a tapered part, a hollow tube, an overflow port, and other parts. It uses the rotational motion of water to generate centrifugal force to separate particles of different densities and sizes. The coarse particles sink to the bottom under various forces and are discharged from the sand buckle, while the fine particles form a spiral ore in the center move upward, and are discharged from the overflow pipe.
The cyclone has a simple structure, large processing capacity, and high separation efficiency. The main factor affecting its service life is component wear. JXSC provides high-purity alumina ceramic or polyurethane linings, and the grit nozzle can choose ceramic or silicon carbide, which greatly improves the service life of the cyclone.
