Description
A dewatering screen is a device that quickly separates the moisture in the mixture from the solids. It is used in coal preparation, mineral processing, power generation, sugar, salt, and other industrial departments for dry-wet screening, dewatering, desliming, and desliming of medium and fine-grained materials. The dewatering screen structure consists of a screen box, an exciter, a support system, and a motor. The screen material is polyurethane, which has high dehydration efficiency and long service life, and the screen holes are not easily blocked.

Principle
The dewatering screen adopts dual-motor self-synchronization technology, a universal eccentric block, and an adjustable amplitude vibrator. The screen mainly comprises a screen box, vibrator, support system, and motor. Two vibrators that are not connected run in synchronous and reverse directions. The centrifugal forces generated by the two sets of eccentric masses are superimposed along the vibration direction, and the reverse centrifugal force is offset, thereby forming a single exciting vibration along the vibration direction, making the screen box reciprocate naturally linear motion.
